  My son and I went for a small lunch date. We had strawberry lemonades which were really great. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrappers with fries and my son had the children's chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. Everything was hot, the booth was clean, our server was prompt and attentive. We love visiting here!

  My experience at Cheddar's was decent, not stellar. Family members eat here more frequently than me. Today I ordered a Hamburger and a Coke. The burger was excellent, including all toppings and sauces on the side. My wife expressed some frustration overall with side substitutions not being allowed when they previously were. She eats here often with her grandmother. The server did not refill my drink or even offer to do so. We also waited 10+ minutes for the server to come collect our payment after providing the checks. The accessibility of the restaurant and adequate parking are nice. The restaurant appeared well kept, they offered several seating arrangements and had no problems getting us seated at a six top. There was room for improvement in this visit and there has been room for improvement in previous visits to other Cheddar's locations. The bottom line for me is that Cheddar's fails to establish itself as a place that I consider when deciding to go out for a meal.

  Took my grandson he had the potato soup bowl and loved it. I tried it I had to say it was very good comparable to Cajun baked potato. Everything else was pretty darn good. Richard was a pretty good server. Also nice looking place. Also family oriented. Check out the fish bowl

  Visited there on Sunday evening and sat on the patio. The waitress and her trainee finally came by brought water and menus. Finally came back around 15 minutes later and took our order. Didn’t see them again for 20 minutes, and still no food or water. Eventually the waitress came by, blamed the wait on the trainee. Finally brought our food 40 minutes after we ordered it. My salmon was very good, and my wife’s grilled chicken wrap was also good, just bad service that day. Manager comped our food because of the wait. We have eaten there many times in the past, and will eat there again. Usually it’s a great visit, just not this day.

  Tucker and Michael Kirkland, both managers are amazing when it comes to customer service. Now don't get me wrong , Cheddar's will always be one of my favorite restaurants for a lifetime. The food there is delicious, but there are times where they may be a slip-up and they're both right on it to fix it. So I really appreciate them both for going the extra mile for customers like me.
